Hitachino Nest Beer

White Ale is brewed in the tradition of Belgian style white beer with coriander, nutmeg, orang peel and orange juice.
Pours hazy yellow with a white head and spicy citrusy notes. It is light-bodied with tart, fresh citrus notes. The finish is dry, very fresh and pleasant.

Made with English hops and malts, this ale has a hoppy aroma.
Pours very cloudy, with a Slightly orangey aroma. The cedar taste blends with the citrus fairly well, and has a creamy mouth feel.

Red Rice Ale is brewed with special red rice which has been cultured in ancient times in Japan. It is a hazy pinkish orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma hints of fruity sweet peaches, red berries and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of red currant, peaches, and caramel, with a slight acidity.

Pours clear and pale yellow with a huge white head. It has a dry brett and yeasty aroma with a light spicy note. Light bodied, and with a mild fruit and medium-dry brett flavour, it holds a subdued dryness clearly overdone by a mild fruity one. Weizen is mildly fruity with a delicate finish.

Nipponia is brewed using 2 original Japanese ingredients --- "Kaneko Golden", the Japanese ancient barley, and "Sorachi Ace", the hop which was once bred in Japan.
Pours a particulate-ridden golden body with a medium white head. It has an aroma of pineapple,, nuts, grass, sweat, and mustiness. It has flavors of grapefruit, florals, grass, toasted grain, scorched rice, and caramel.

Kurashizuku's flavor, color and fragrance are enriched by the careful first steaming and pressing of its rice. Kurashizuku is Usu-Nigori, i.e., sake that has some slight sake yeast, rice and koji in the bottle. But the bulk remains behind on the filtering cloth as Sake-Kasu (cake), with 55% polished.

This sake is then aged at ice-cold temperature for 3 years. Enjoy the elegant aroma and its mellow matured flavour.
